I have friends that continually amaze me with their kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness. Since moving to Connect-i-cut I have been blessed to find the best kind of friends I could have asked for with kiddos Lily's age that have been a source of happiness and joy for me. We get together every Friday and share with eachother our joys, concerns, frustrations, etc. of being mommies, wives, and women.
On Friday I was shocked when we came to my friend Kristen's house to see a sweet baby boy shower set up for me. I couldn't help but burst into big, fat, pregnant tears that someone had thought of me and my little he-man growing inside. Lily was just SO excited that there was a cake. Thank you ladies! You're the BEST!
